M&R of Monchy N.V. group, who owns Spanish companies DISET, S.A. and TOYLAND & GIFTS S.L. both toy manufacturer, had reached and agreement with shareholders of Dutch company JUMBO, for the purchase of 100% of shares. Jumbo is a leading manufacturer of puzzles and games. With this acquisition, along with the strategic agreement reached this year with French manufacturer “Nathan Jeux” the group positions itself at higher level in the European Markets with sales in more than 60 countries around the world.
